Architectural Review Committee

For most families, a home is the single largest single purchase they will make. Attractive landscaping and continued upkeep of your home and property is what makes our neighborhood a great place to live and your house a sound financial investment. For this reason, we require that any visible change to your property or dwelling be approved by the Architectural Review Committee (ARC). Further details can be found in our Covenants.

To submit an application to the Architectural Review Committee, or to volunteer to be on the ARC, please email Robert Meyer.

It's also just as important to maintain the integrity and stability of our water resources and wildlife. If your property is adjacent to Lake Saunders, the surrounding wetlands, or ponds, you must also get permission from the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District before starting any landscaping or fencing project. You can visit their website at minnehahacreek.org, or call (952) 471-0590 for information.

Thank you for making our neighborhood a safe and enjoyable place to live!
